Energy Trust and PGE offer free energy saver kit

Portland area residents who get their electricity from Portland General Electric (PGE) or Pacific Power can get a free energy saver kit, through a special program co-sponsored by PGE and Energy Trust of Oregon.
According to PGE, the free kit will help reduce energy bills and includes:
The energy saving kit comes with free delivery, easy installation instructions and home energy-savings tips, but quantities are limited and the offer ends August 31st.
You don't have to be a homeowner to qualify for this offer, but renters will need permission from their landlords to install the energy saving devices.
